The calculation method of the length and height of the
steel elbow and the blanking length of the steel elbow are questions that many buyers want to ask. The experience of teaching the basic knowledge of the steel elbow has summarized the calculation method in detail.
1. 1.5 times the center height of the steel elbow = diameter * 1.524, which is actually the diameter * multiple. Round the number after the decimal point of the result to an integer. For example, the diameter of 219 is 200, and the center height is 200 *1.524=304.8, take 305; for another example, the diameter of 114 is 100, and the center height is 100*1.524=152.4, take 152. (The algorithm suitable for the radius of curvature of steel elbows of DN100 and above is convenient and quick to calculate).
2. Stamp height = center height + radius of steel elbow, such as 1.5 times the stamp height of a steel elbow with a diameter of 219 = 305 + 219/2 = 305 + 109.5 = 414.5.
3. The length of the outer arc = (center height + radius) * 3.14 * 2/360 * degrees, that is, (stamp height) * 3.14 * 2/360 * degrees, from which the length of the outer arc of the 90-degree steel elbow can be calculated = poke height * 3.14/2.
4. Inner arc length = (center height - radius) * 3.14 * 2/360 * degrees.
5. Cutting length of steel elbow = center height of steel elbow * 3.14/2 * outer diameter of steel elbow/pipe diameter + (pipe wall thickness * 3) + machining allowance, such as 180 * 8 Pipe blanking, pushing 273 steel elbows, can be calculated with the above formula, blanking length=381*1.57*273/180+24=931.22mm+machining allowance.
