Composition of thermal insulation steel pipe

Insulation pipe is composed of working steel pipe, insulation layer, protective shell, leakage alarm line and so on.

(1) Working steel pipe: According to the technical requirements of the conveying medium, respectively adopts seamed steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipe.

(2) Insulation layer: rigid polyurethane foam is used.

(3) Protective shell: high-density polyethylene or glass steel.

(4) Leakage alarm line: When manufacturing high-temperature prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipes, an alarm line is buried in the insulation layer close to the steel pipe. Once leakage occurs somewhere in the pipeline, through the transmission of the alarm line, special detection instruments can be used alarm and display the exact location of the leak and the size of the leak, so as to notify the maintenance personnel to quickly deal with the leaking pipe section to ensure the safe operation of the heating network.
