When we get the skelp from raw steel materials, we would start the main production process for steel pipe.

First of all, continuous welding operation. There is the process of welding rollers pressing the edges of the steel pipe into each other when we get the skelp steel. Once we from a forged weld under the help of heat, we can enter into step two-deciding the diameter and wall thickness and other parameters.

Then, electric resistance welding. This would be a similar process for steel pipe’s making. It is supplied to the pipe edges by revolving copper disks, which heat the edges up to the weld temperature.

With all basic production steps done, we would finally go to the last part of finish product with various checks.
