Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating process 1: Using the shower coating method, the front, rear, and middle rollers are conveyed in a straight line to form a coating film. Then the shift fork is transferred, the hook-shaped chain is rolled and transported, and the steel pipe enters the steam oven laterally and is heated and dried.
Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating process 2: Using the electrostatic coating method, inclined rollers are used for spiral conveying before, after, and in the middle of the coating to form a coating film. Then the screw elevator transfers it to the material rack to cool down for natural drying.
Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating process 3: Steel pipes are transported linearly, using a UV coating system, vacuum coating method, and airflow flushing to form a coating film. UV radiation cures the coating immediately after application. The characteristic is that the formation and curing of the coating film are completed between two rollers.
Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating process 4: The coating adopts a heated airless spraying method. Before coating, it should be transported by roller conveyor. After coating, it should be transported by a segmented and synchronous "V-shaped tooth" chain to form a coating film. After coating, the steel pipe is transferred from the stepper to the horizontal "V-shaped tooth" chain conveyor and enters the steam drying box for heating and drying.
