2. Threading: The broken pipe is threaded into threads according to the diameter of the pipe. Generally, those with a diameter of 15-32mm are threaded 2 times, those with a diameter of 40-50mm are threaded 3 times, and those with a diameter of 70mm or more are threaded 3- 4 times is appropriate. a. Use the threading machine to thread, clamp the pipe on the chuck of the threading machine, set aside an appropriate length to clamp the chuck, align the number of the plate sleeve, install the die, and align the appropriate position of the scale according to the diameter of the pipe. Hold the fixed trigger tightly, align the lubricant tube with the thread head, turn on the push plate, and gently release the trigger when the thread buckle is set to the proper length. b. Thread the wire with the hand threading plate, first, loosen the fixed trigger, return the threading plate to zero degrees, install the die according to the sequence number, align the plate to the required scale, tighten the fixed trigger, and place the pipe on the In the pressure pliers, set aside an appropriate length for clamping, and quietly insert the threading plate into the pipe to make it tight enough, then push the threading plate with both hands, put on 2-3 buttons, and then stand to the side to pull the threading plate, The force should be uniform. 3. Fitting

When assembling the pipe fittings, bring the required pipe fittings into the pipe thread, test the tightness (it is generally advisable to bring 3 buttons by hand), apply lead oil at the thread, wrap the hemp and bring it into the pipe fitting, and then use Use the pipe wrench to tighten the pipe fittings so that 2-3 buttons are exposed, remove the hemp head, wipe the lead oil, and place the number in the proper position to wait for straightening. b. 4. Straightening the
galvanized steel pipe section: Straighten the pipe section with the pipe fittings installed before the installation. a. Apply lead oil to the thread of the pipe section where the pipe fittings are installed, and connect two or several sections. When connecting, you should not only reserve the direction of the mouth but take care of the tortuosity of the pipe. After aligning with each other, turn the direction of the reserved mouth. Get to the right spot and stick to decency. b. After the pipe sections are connected, before straightening, it is necessary to check whether the pipe diameter, the direction of the reserved port, and the reducing position are correct according to the planning drawings. c. The straightening of the pipe section should be placed on the pipe adjustment frame or the pipe adjustment platform. Generally, two people are suitable for operation. One person visually inspects the end of the pipe section, and the other person hits the bend with a hammer. Straighten the pipe section without bending and stopping, and mark the mark at the connection point of the two pipe sections, remove one or several sections, and then connect another section or several sections until the adjustment is completed and stopped. d. Regarding the tortuousness at the connection point of the pipe section or the pipe with a large diameter, it can be heated to 600-800 ℃ (fire red) by oven or gas welding, put it on the pipe rack and roll the pipe continuously, and use the weight of the pipe to make it Straighten, or use a wooden plate pad to lightly hit the heating place to straighten it.
