steel pipeline, but the removal ability of the block is relatively poor.
(2) Straight plate pig
The main structure of the straight pipe pig is similar to the structure of the leather bowl pig. The straight pipe pig is divided into two types: the guide plate and the sealing plate. In the inner diameter of the
steel pipeline; the sealing plate must have a certain degree of interference compared with the inner diameter of the gas
steel pipeline. This pig can perform bidirectional movement, and it has a particularly strong ability to clean up debris in the
steel pipeline. It is recommended to use it before the
steel pipeline is put into production. Straight plate pig, because if there is a blockage of the
steel pipeline, this pig can be used for backflushing to relieve the blockage of the
steel pipeline.
(3) Leather bowl pig
This type of pig is simple in structure and flexible in installation. The commonly used leather cups are divided into cones, planes, and spheres according to their shapes; this pig is composed of a rigid frame and its front and rear sections. Or a knobby leather bowl. When it runs in a long-distance
steel pipeline, it can run in a fixed direction, so the leather bowl pig can carry the instruments and equipment for detecting the
steel pipeline; to ensure that the leather bowl pig can easily pass through the large-diameter branch pipe tee, the pig The leather cups of the front and rear sections must have the shortest interval limit. Through the results of experimental conclusions and theoretical calculations, it is determined that the distance between the front and rear leather cups of the pig should be greater than or equal to its pipe diameter D, and the total length of the pig can be determined according to the skin. The distance between the number of bowl sections and the diameter of the
steel pipeline should be between 1D and 1.5D, and the interference between the lip of the leather cup of the pig and the inner diameter of the gas
