Seamless process

This product is made of high quality rolled plate, after reinspection，slitting or coil automatic forming and welding, at the same time the computer control the best fusion temperature, clean the burr both inside and outside of the steel pipe. Steel tube after nondestructive testing, qualified whole heated to 910 ℃ to 950 ℃ degrees in a few oxidation atmosphere, descaling by the tension reducing mill multi-pass rolling,  l uniform. the product adopted API SPEC 5L and API SPEC 5 CT, EN10217 standard. It is widely used in flammability and non combustible fluid pipeline and boiler, steel structure.

Seamless steel pipe is also called hot rolled seamless steel tube or hot rolled steel pipe. Seamless steel tube production process of steel pipe seamless, the most important is finished through tension reducing, and tension reducing process is the hollow of the parent metal without mandrel continuous rolling process.
