Situation for choosing SSAW steel pipe

We call them “pipe” when we see them at the road. However, customers would pay attention to the tiny difference once they need to purchase, like the SSAW steel pipe from suppliers.

Due to the simple production process of the longitudinal seam welded pipe, which has the main production process of high-frequency welding straight seam steel pipe and submerged arc straight seam steel pipe with the characters of high production efficiency, low cost, and rapid development. However, for SSAW steel pipe, it has complex production process than the straight seam welded pipe, and the main production process is submerged arc welding. Spiral steel pipe can use the same width to produce different pipe with different diameter, and this pipe can also be used to produce larger diameter pipe. This is one of its advantages for the flexibility of the change for diameter. What’s more, we should konw that due to the speical production process of spiral one, we should know that the force one the whole pipe would be more evenly than ERW steel pipe which would cause little damage to the whole project once we use them in work.

We need to choose the considerable steel pipe according to the standard of the project, in order to save money, at the same time, do a good job.
