Here is a picture showed us the production process of ERW steel pipe. From the picture, we can see that there is only the pipe's ends are heated and fused together during the whole production process. Due to this special process, it makes the ERW steel pipe's entire length remain clean and the only parts that require trimming or cleaning are the points at which it is welded. Under this situation, we know that it would cut down the damage to steel pipe's leakage problem and other tensile and strength problem.
