Due to the poor shape and dimensional accuracy of the uncut steel strip, it is easy to bend the large-diameter spiral steel strip and cause misalignment. When the residual height of the butt weld of the steel strip is large, if it is handled improperly during the overmolding process, it may cause a large misalignment. Poor edge conditions on the strip are another important cause of errors.
