Specification number.

Size, like NPS and weight class, schedule number and so on.

Grade.

Type of pipe.

Test pressure, seamless pipe and other types.

Nondestructive electric test and so on.

Heat number, lot number, run number.

Any additional information desired by the manufacturer or specified in the purchase order.
