What is the standard density of seamless steel tubes?

Update:2019-05-31      View(s):1625        Keywords :What is the standard density of seamless steel tubes?
The steel used for seamless steel pipes generally has a density of 7.85 kg/dm3.
Seamless steel tubes have hollow sections and are used in large quantities as pipes for transporting fluids, such as pipes for transporting petroleum, natural gas, gas, water and certain solid materials. Compared with solid steel such as round steel, the steel pipe is lighter in weight when it has the same bending and torsional strength. It is an economical section steel and is widely used in the manufacture of structural parts and mechanical parts, such as oil drill pipes, automobile transmission shafts, bicycles. Steel frames and other steel scaffolding used in construction are used to manufacture ring-shaped parts, which can improve the material utilization rate, simplify the manufacturing process, save materials and processing man-hours, and have been widely used in steel pipes.
