Locks can be divided into: zinc alloy, stainless steel, pure copper
Stainless steel door lock
Refers to the door lock on the surface of the door lock, the panel is made of stainless steel. The steel is preferably 304 stainless steel. After casting and grinding, it is usually shown in stainless steel.
Advantages: stainless steel material has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Due to the poor fluidity, the shapes are mostly simple models with generous and versatile styles, suitable for modern and simple decoration styles.
Disadvantages: simple shape, there is no way to make a particularly fancy shape.
Zinc alloy door lock
Refers to the door lock on the surface of the door lock, the door is made of zinc alloy. Common coating colors are PVD gold, cyan bronze, yellow bronze, and nickel brushed silver.
Advantages: Zinc alloys have excellent casting properties, can be cast into complex shapes, and the surface is smooth and feels good. Through the high-quality plating process, the corrosion resistance of zinc alloy door locks can be greatly improved.
Pure copper door lock
Refers to the door lock on the surface of the door lock, the door is made of pure copper. The raw materials of pure copper products are mostly high-quality brass, and common plating colors are PVD gold, light gold, yellow bronze and so on.
Advantages: Copper is one of the best pure metals. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, which has strong wear resistance, high strength, high hardness, and strong corrosion resistance. In addition, copper has strong plasticity, which can make a variety of beautiful handles and panels.
Disadvantages: Pure copper is an expensive metal and the processing technology is responsible, so the price of pure copper products is usually higher.
