1. There are strict technical requirements for the installation and use of
straight seam steel pipes, which need to be carried out according to the actual situation and operating procedures to ensure quality. The construction preparations before the use of
straight seam steel pipes, to excavate the pipe trenches and complete the pipe well masonry, need to be installed.
Straight seam steel pipes, including electric welding machines, cutting machines, electric hammers, and polishing machines, can not be installed until the equipment is ready.
2. When installing the
straight seam steel pipe, design and position the pipe according to the drawings, prefabricate the pipe frame according to the site conditions, and then cut the material according to the design and site, grind the groove with a polishing machine and then weld it.
3. Quality requirements for the use of
straight seam steel pipes: branch pipes should not be welded at the weld, avoid welding at elbows, the deviation per meter for vertical installation should be less than 3 mm, and the deviation per meter for horizontal installation should be less than 1 mm. It should be straight and full, and the surface of the weld should be free of burn-through and cracks.
