1. In the selection of pipes, high-quality ones should be selected; through the design specifications and the size of the pipe fittings, the connection method is finally determined. Strict construction should be carried out in accordance with the standard procedures and processes of various connection methods.
2. When DN <100mm, galvanized steel pipe should be connected by thread connection.
3. Before connecting the galvanized pipe, screw the galvanized pipe by hand to check the tightness of the galvanized pipe, and reserve enough margin to tighten the pipe fittings.
4. Wrap the packing in a clockwise direction, evenly.
5. When DN> 100mm, galvanized steel pipe can be connected by welding flange.
6. After welding flange, it needs to be galvanized twice.
7. When two flanges are connected, they should be in parallel, and do not forcibly connect non-parallel flanges.
8. The gasket should be placed between the two connected flanges, and its material and thickness should meet the requirements of various aspects.
9. For bolts connected with flanges, the length and diameter must meet the standard. In the direction, the installation must be consistent.
10. After the installation of galvanized pipes, the hydrostatic test should be carried out, mainly to check whether there is leakage at each connection.
