Preparation and inspection requirements before piling pipe
1 check the pipe factory certificate, to achieve the design label can be ex factory, transportation and piling
2 requirements of the lifting pipe, transport remained stable, to avoid severe vibration and collision
3 single piling pipe lifting requirements with a special hook hook pipe at both ends of the horizontal lifting
4 stacking site must be smooth, solid, shall not produce uneven settlement
5 piling pipe should be stacked with a single stack stack should not be more than 4 layers, the bottom of the pile from the end of the pile 0.2L plus cushion pad
6 piling pipe, the upper pile must take crane pile, not drag from bottom piling, finally pull piling, but the pile end drag requirements for waste tire elastic material such as protection.
7 approach pipe quality inspection project inspection of the production of pipe section size: diameter: + 5mm ,pipe wall thickness: -5mm, piling center line: 10mm,hollow center position of the circular hole: 5mm,upper and lower flanges on the centerline of the tilt: 2mm
8 check the appearance quality of piling pipe is there a crack in the pile (with a magnifying glass and a sprinkling method), piling head is dense (with a small hammer tap, not dense check) are not allowed to use.Surface has no honeycomb, the color is even, there is no pore at the top of the piling.Piling body is not allowed to expose the phenomenon.There shall be no honeycomb and damage at the top of the piling and at the tip of the piling.And piling joints must be smooth.
