Stainless steel pipe fittings are a kind of pipe fittings, which are made of stainless steel materials, so they are called stainless steel pipe fittings, which include stainless steel elbows, stainless steel tees, stainless steel spools, stainless steel reducers, stainless steel pipe caps, etc.

Stainless steel pipe fittings are a new type of pipe fittings that are widely used. Generally speaking, the processing methods are as follows:

1. Forging method: the end or part of the pipe is punched out with a swaging machine to reduce the outer diameter. Common swaging machines include rotary, connecting rod and roller type.

2. Roller method: Place the core in the stainless steel tube and push it with a roller to process the round edge.

3. Stamping method: Use a tapered core to expand the pipe end to the desired size and shape on the punching machine.

4. Bending forming method: There are three methods commonly used, one method is the stretching method, the other method is the stamping method, and the third method is the roller method, which has 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, and one adjustment roller. By adjusting the fixed roller pitch, the finished pipe is bent.

5. Rolling method: Generally, no mandrel is needed, which is suitable for the inner round edge of the thick-walled tube.

6. Bulging method: One method is to place rubber in the tube and compress it with a punch above to make the tube protruding and forming; Another method is hydraulic bulging, filling the middle of the tube with liquid, and the pressure of the liquid bulges the tube into the desired shape. This method is mostly used for the production of bellows.
