1. Spiral Submerged- Arc Welded Steel Pipe through out diameter 219.1mm to 2540mm, in accordance with the demands of Certificate EN10217, EN10219, API 5L PSL1/ PSL2, API 5CT.
2. Wall Thickness ranges from 3.2mm to 25.4mm.
3. Fittings and fabrications to support nearly unlimited joint or body configuration.
4. Surface treatment with Fusion bond Epoxy coating, Coal Tar Epoxy, 3PE, Vanish Coating, Bitumen Coating, Black Oil coating as per customer’s requirement.
5. They are through the test of Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Technical Properties (Flattening Test, Bending Test, Blow Test, Impact Test, Exterior Size Inspection, Hydrostatic Test, X-ray Test.
