1. Production method: Stainless steel welded pipes are divided into two categories: seamless pipes and welded pipes according to the production method. Seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled pipes, cold-rolled pipes, cold-drawn pipes extruded pipes, etc. It is the secondary processing of steel pipes; welded pipes are divided into straight seam welded pipes and spiral welded pipes.

2. Cross-sectional shape: Stainless steel welded pipes can be divided into round pipes and special-shaped pipes according to the cross-sectional shape. Special-shaped tubes include rectangular tubes, diamond-shaped tubes, oval tubes, hexagonal tubes, octagonal tubes, and asymmetric tubes with various cross-sections. Special-shaped tubes are widely used in various structural parts, tools, and mechanical parts. Tubes generally have larger moments of inertia and section modulus, and greater bending resistance.

3. Longitudinal section shape: anti-torsion ability can greatly reduce structural weight and save steel. According to the longitudinal section shape, it can be divided into equal section pipe and variable section pipe. Variable cross-section pipes include tapered pipes, stepped pipes, and periodic cross-section pipes.

4. Pipe end shape: A stainless steel welded pipe can be divided into plain pipe and threaded pipe (threaded steel pipe) according to the pipe end state. Threaded pipes can be divided into ordinary threaded pipes (pipes for conveying water, gas, and other low-pressure pipes, which are connected by ordinary cylindrical or conical pipe threads) and special threaded pipes (pipes for petroleum and geological drilling, for important threaded pipes, use Special thread connection), for some special pipes, to compensate for the influence of threads on the strength of the pipe end, the pipe end is usually thickened before threading (inner thickening, outer thickening or inner and outer thickening).

5. Uses: stainless steel pipes for industrial piping, stainless steel pipes for mechanical construction, stainless steel pipes for architectural decoration;

6. Surface treatment: original surface, matte surface, blunt surface, coarse sand, fine sand, wool silk surface, etc.
