First, what are the types of engineering steel pipe fittings according to their uses?
Flange: a part that connects steel pipes, mainly used for connecting pipe ends.
Living joint: also known as oil joint, mainly used for matching hardware accessories, can be installed on various pipe interfaces.
Pipe clamp: a commonly used accessory in industrial pipeline connection, used to connect a short section of two steel pipes.
Flange: a stainless steel pipe connector, mainly used in mechanical pipeline connection systems such as water treatment and municipal water supply systems.
Hose clamp: an ideal connection fastener, suitable for fasteners for connecting soft and hard pipes above 30mm, with a beautiful appearance after assembly.
Cold-drawn tee: its function is to change the direction of the fluid, and can divide the fluid of the main pipeline into two or three other steel pipes.
Elbow: a commonly used connection steel pipe fitting in plumbing installation, used for connection at the end of the pipeline, and a steel pipe fitting that changes the direction of the pipeline.
Pipe bend: a set of bending molds are used for bending. Regardless of which machine equipment and pipeline, most of them use pipe bends.
Reducer: Also known as reducer, used for connecting two pipes of different diameters, and divided into concentric reducer and eccentric reducer.
Reducer elbow: Changes the diameter of the pipe when making a 90-degree turn. There are hot-push elbows, stamped elbows, and welded elbows.
Branch pipe platform: Reinforced steel pipe fittings are used for branch pipe connection, instead of using reducing tees, reinforcement plates, reinforced pipe sections, and other connection types.
Tee: Tee is a pipe connector, also called pipe tee or three-way steel pipe fittings, three-way joints, used at the branch pipe of the main pipe.
Cross: Used to connect four steel pipes with the same diameter and the same verticality, mainly used for diversion or change of direction.
Gasket: A material placed between two planes to strengthen the seal, a sealing element set between tight covers to prevent fluid leakage.
Raw tape: An auxiliary product commonly used in plumbing installation, used at the connection of steel pipe fittings to enhance the airtightness of the pipe connection.
Hemp wire: An auxiliary product commonly used in plumbing installation, used to wrap around the thread of steel pipe fittings, which can play a sealing role and prevent water leakage.
Blind flange: Also known as blind flange, the real name is blind plate, which is a flange connection form it is a flange without a hole in the middle.
Pipe plug: refers to an external threaded steel pipe fitting used to plug the internal thread of the pipe end, including square pipe plug, hexagonal pipe plug, etc.
Head: It is a component of a container, which refers to a component used to seal the end of the container to isolate the internal and external media, also known as the end cover.
Welding plug: It is used to protect some parts of the welded parts that need to be protected or are easily injured or deformed during welding.
Pipe clamp: A steel pipe fitting used to fix the pipeline, steel pipe fitting commonly used in plumbing installation, used to fix the pipeline.
Valve: A control component in the fluid conveying system, with functions such as cut-off, regulation, diversion, pressure stabilization, diversion, or overflow pressure relief.
Compensator: It is composed of the bellows of its working body and accessories such as end pipes, brackets, flanges, and conduits, and is a compensation element.
Decontamination device: prevent impurities in the pipeline medium from entering the transmission equipment or precision parts, causing production failures or affecting product quality.
Reinforcement pipe: reinforcement means increasing strength. Increasing the force-bearing area to improve the strength of the area, it is a forging pipe.
Clasp: It is the main retainer for removable denture restoration, made of metal, and mainly plays a role in retention, stability, and support.
Tow hook: refers to the hook on the tugboat for hooking and hanging the towline and facilitating release. It can be divided into spring tow hook, hydraulic tow hook, remote control tow hook, etc.
Lifting ring: It is a kind of industrial lifting device, a device for lifting heavy objects in lifting machinery. Common lifting rings include round lifting rings, pear-shaped rings, etc.
Bracket: The truss supporting the middle roof truss is called a bracket. Generally, a parallel chord truss is used, and its web bar adopts a herringbone system with vertical bars.

Second, engineering steel pipe fittings are divided according to the connection method.
Welded steel pipe fittings: Steel pipe fittings connected to steel pipes by welding, including elbows, flanges, tees, reducers, caps, etc.
Threaded steel pipe fittings: steel pipe fittings with threads, commonly used in water and gas pipes, small diameter water pipes, compressed air pipes low-pressure steam pipes, etc.
Sleeve steel pipe fittings: a new type of quick pipe connector, with good sealing performance that can be used repeatedly, suitable for pipeline systems of oil, gas, and general corrosive media.
Clamp steel pipe fittings: used to tighten the connection between quick connectors, including clamps, quick connectors, silicone sealing gaskets, chuck blind plates, etc.
Socket steel pipe fittings: a high-pressure pipeline connection fitting formed by round steel or steel ingot die forging blanks and processed by lathes.
Curved elastic double-melt steel pipe fittings: steel pipe fittings with ports of the same size as the pipe to be connected, connected by hot-melt butt welding.
