The reason why a precision stainless steel pipe is called precision is because it has high precision and good tolerance control range. The wall thickness of precision steelpipe is uniform, the inner wall is smooth, and the surface is free of defects; the surface roughness is smoother than ordinary pipe. Fine-rolled pipe is also called cold-rolled precision steel pipe. It is a production process of seamless pipe. First, characteristics
1. Fine rolled pipe: cold rolled precision steel pipe has high tolerance size accuracy, product accuracy is controlled at ±0.5mm, inner and outer wall finish is good, and there is no oxide layer on the surface. It has excellent comprehensive performance, can withstand high pressure, cold bending, expansion, and flattening without cracking, no wrinkling, and can do various complex deformation and mechanical processing.
