The basement is damp, so the electrical buried pipe materials are generally designed to be galvanized. Galvanized steel pipes have both inner and outer walls galvanized for corrosion protection. According to Article 1.0.9 of the General Provisions of the Central Chapter of the Cable Line Construction and Acceptance Specification (GB50168-2006) in electrical installation projects: steel fasteners used for the installation of cables and accessories, except for anchor bolts, should Hot dipped galvanized products.

Galvanized steel pipes are divided into cold-dip galvanized steel pipes and hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. Cold-dip galvanized steel pipes have been banned, and the latter is also recommended by the country to be temporarily used. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes are widely used in construction, machinery, coal mines, the chemical industry, electric power, railway vehicles, the automobile industry, highways, bridges, containers, sports facilities, agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, exploration machinery, and other manufacturing industries. A galvanized steel pipe is a welded steel pipe with a hot-dip or electroplated zinc layer on the surface. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of steel pipes and extend their service life. Galvanized pipes are widely used. In addition to being used as pipeline pipes for general low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, and oil, they are also used as oil well pipes and oil pipelines in the petroleum industry, especially offshore oil fields, and as oil heaters and condensation in chemical coking equipment. Pipes for coolers, coal distillate wash oil exchangers, pipes for trestle pipe piles, support frames for mine tunnels, etc.

Additional materials:
1. Welding and welding of galvanized wire and steel pipes is strictly prohibited.
2. The pipeline connections are tight, the pipe mouth is smooth and burr-free, the mouth protection is complete, the exposed pipes and their brackets and hangers are straight, firm, and neatly arranged, there are no obvious wrinkles in the bends of the pipes, and the protective layer of the concealed pipes is greater than 15mm.
3. The boxes and boxes are set up correctly and fixed reliably. The pipes entering the boxes and boxes are straight and the length exposed inside the boxes and boxes is less than 5mm. The threads of the pipe mouth and pipe exposed by the locking nut when fixed with a lock nut are 2~ 3 buckles. The openings where wiring enters electrical equipment and appliances are located correctly.
4. There is a compensation device that passes through the deformation joint, and the compensation device can move freely; a protective casing is added where the distribution line passes through the foundation of the building and equipment. The compensation device is flat, the pipe mouth is smooth, the mouth guard is firm, and the connection with the pipe is reliable; the protective casing is correctly marked in the concealed project.
5. The grounding (zero connection) of wire protection tubes and brackets, the grounding (zero connection) of electrical equipment and non-live metal parts, and the laying of branch lines should comply with the following requirements: the connection should be tight and firm, and the grounding (zero connection) wire cross-section should be selected correctly and required. The anti-corrosion parts are painted evenly without omissions, the lines are routed reasonably, the color standards are accurate, and the equipment and buildings will not be polluted after painting.
6. The specifications and models of conductors must comply with the design requirements and national standards.
7. The insulation resistance value of electrical circuits shall not be less than 0.5MΩ.
8. The box and box should be clean and free of debris, the mouth protection and wire protection sleeves should be complete and not falling off, and the wires should be arranged neatly with appropriate margins. The wires have no joints in the pipe, and the upper opening of the vertical pipe that does not enter the box or box should be well sealed after being threaded. The wires should be firmly connected, tightly wrapped, and well-insulated without damaging the wire core.
